Marinette Dupain-Cheng Marinette Dupain-Cheng is the main protagonist of Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir. Marinette is a student at Collège Françoise Dupont in Paris, France. She is also a budding fashion designer. With her magical earrings, inhabited by a Kwami named Tikki, she has the power of creation and can transform into the superhero Ladybug.
