I bought this Android Auto adapter to use in my previous vehicle, a 2020 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E while I was waiting for the AAWireless adapter to come out and ship to me. Only used for a short time before the AAWireless got to me, which then wasn't used for long since I switched to an iPhone.
I don't have the original box, but there wasn't anything in it anyway. The adapter is more of a dongle, having a built-in cable with a USB A connector. No app install is required. Plug it in and pair your phone to it, and it should just work.
