This is the Royal Box, in London’s Royal Albert Hall. It seats 20 people, including the late Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip (who always occupied seats 12 and 13, since you ask). The box is the property of the Crown, and has been since it was bought by Queen Victoria when the Hall was opened in 1871.
